Metamorphosis Turns One! - Looking back at one year of success.
It’s been a year since our inception, a year since our vision of making learning more meaningful, engaging & effective turned into a reality. It’s been exciting to see our brainchild- Metamorphosis, grow and evolve into something that has completely changed the way people think about inculcating entrepreneurial mindset into students at school level. Metamorphosis prides itself for giving a platform to young minds to grow, experience and evolve as leaders we need for a better, brighter future. The past year has been a happy and successful one in so many ways, defined by a kaleidoscope of happy memories, supportive partnerships and an ever growing community. Of course there were some paths that were slightly more difficult to travel. Yet, despite the odd stumbling blocks along the way - we travelled through our first year - together, becoming bigger and better with every step that we took.
Metamorphosis believes that the young minds hold immense potential and creativity within them, the kind of ideas they have is astonishing! But what we found lacking is the right guidance and a way to harness that potential. That is why Metamorphosis was constituted, to guide them and to shape their ideas into reality. But that is not where it ends. Our founder and CEO, Mr.Pavan Allena strongly believes that with the automation on rise, it won’t be long when the machines will hijack our roles in every walk of life, stealing our jobs! It’s time that we equip ourselves and set ourselves apart with Entrepreneurial Skill Set in order to tackle them. That is how after continuous research and brainstorming sessions we came up with our flagship program ‘The School Incubator Program’ to help students develop an ability to function on multi-disciplinary teams, to communicate effectively, to analyse and interpret data and to have analytical and problem solving skills.
The dynamic evening also witnessed some amazing speeches delivered by Ishita Katyal, Dr. Usha Reddy, CEO of the Meridian group and Pavan Allena, our founder that captivated the audience.
The event started at 6 PM with a High Tea for all our guests, followed by a short introductory video about Metamorphosis and the team behind its inception. The celebrations were then kick-started with a heart warming welcome speech by our Co-Founder, Sirisha Pudipeddi thanking all the guests for coming and celebrating with Metamorphosis and honouring the young beaming minds. After all they are the ones who never cease to amaze us with their countless examples of hard work, creativity and compassion.
After this the stage was graced by none other than our Youngest Achiever, Ishita Katyal who motivated everyone with her speech to start doing what they are passionate about and also highlighted an important message about age not being an important factor in the path to be successful.
This was followed by our founder and CEO, Pavan Allena addressing the crowd and letting them know the incredible story and the hard work that went behind the inception of Metamorphosis and how the ideation took place for his brainchild. He also talked about how the automation is taking over and it’s time that we set ourselves apart with entrepreneurial skill set before it’s too late.
He also felicitated the winners of the Metamorphosis Entrepreneurship Olympiad, where the Top 25 position holders were rewarded with cash prizes and Scholarships worth Rs.5,00,000 and Rutv Kocheta from Meridian School, Madhapur held the Top spot by scoring the highest amongst thousands of school students in Hyderabad.
After that came a flamboyant address by the principal of Meridian School, Banjara and our founder’s favorite mentor and a continuous pillar for support, Dr.Usha Reddy where she stressed on the need of acquiring the entrepreneurial skill set as it has now become an element of necessity in order to achieve success not only in order to start one’s own venture but for all walks of life as well. She also praised Metamorphosis for doing such a brilliant job in introducing entrepreneurship at school level and enlightening the young minds to be global leaders.
The evening was not only about us, but more importantly it was about brilliant young minds who were felicitated by Mr.Anil Kolli, Ms. Lalitha Naidu and Roshni Vijayan for their enthralling performance with respect to academics, sports and various other avenues as well. Such young achievers from various schools were applauded for their efforts in fields like quizzing, sports , filmmaking, singing, culinary art and many more.

And on this note an amazing evening, crackling with young talent came to an end and became a moment to cherish, all thanks to our team members, volunteers, Avasa Hotels for providing such a breathtaking venue and Printo for their instant photo booth where the guests flooded to immortalise the moment.
But above all, it was the principals, teachers, parents and of course the students who came and graced our event that made it a huge success. It is the trust and confidence that they have in us that keeps us going and helps us achieve the heights that we dare to dream. We hope that this support of yours continues to be with us and fuels our dream of making learning more meaningful, engaging & effective for students.
Here’s to many more events to come and milestones to be achieved! Till then, let us all Ideate, Validate and Accelerate.
